We at FuturePath Foundation are a team of core social worker from diversified fields from all walks of life working together from past 6 years to achieve our mission and common goal “HEALTH FOR ALL BY 2020”.  We started our “Phase-1” six years back basing from Delhi and had spread our wings in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh and the seven states of North East, were we have more than 5000 Social Workers are on permanent pay rolls and more than 7000 on part time basis. We have more than “Two Lakh” families benefited by us.  In this process we have successfully completed our phase-1 in the above said areas and about to start phase-2 very soon.

Now we want to start Phase-1 in southern part of India and foray into newer horizons.

Responsibilities of different Positions

• Social Workers: This is a grass root level position and which plays the most vital role in the entire organisation, as it is the responsibility of the Social Worker has to probe and identify the down trodden areas who are really below poverty line and who are deprived of basic necessities of life, i.e Health, Expensive Medicines, Education etc. We appoint 1 Social Worker on our permanent pay roll for a population of every 50000.

• Team Leader: This is a front line position were a team leader will be responsible in mentoring, guiding, motivating, leading a team of 10 Social Workers each to extract quality work from them.
  
  
• Group Leader: This is a second line position were a group leader will be responsible monitoring and training a group of 5 team leaders each. He will be complete held responsible for re-identifying and scrutinising the work done by his team and reporting on daily basis to his HOL.
  
  
• Head Of Location: This is a third line position who will responsible for heading the team of group leaders in a specific assigned area.
  
  
• Regional Head: All the above mentioned positions will be reporting to the Regional Heads.|
  
  
• State In charge: He will be responsible for all the social charitable activities in his state with the help of his entire team. He will be responsible for all the up training for his team and will be communicating directly will the Southern Head Office.
